How much time in advance do I have to order my balloons?
It is preferred that you come to our store at 31 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, to order balloons. Our staff will prepare your order for you upon choosing your balloons there and then.
Please note that we do not deliver balloons. They are only available for pickup from our shop.
What kind of balloons do we sell?
We sell latex balloons and helium-filled balloons.
We offer a wide range of balloons for different occasions (weddings, anniversaries, thank you, bday, ages, gender reveals etc.)
Balloon Prices
Balloon price quotes are given by sales assistants in-store upon placing your order, as each individual order is different.
Specific Balloons in Stock
Availability of balloon types can only be checked while placing your order in person.
How long does delivery take?
The vast majority of our orders are delivered the next working day for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).
Please note orders placed after 12pm on Thursday up until 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Deliveries will take place through the An Post network and will be delivered along with your regular mail.
Occasionally delays may occur and we appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs between €1.50 and €4.50, depending on size and weight, and is calculated at checkout.

How can I track my package?
Some orders are sent through the An Post Network and which we do not currently provide tracking information for. Usually, 96% of these packages are delivered the next working day if ordered before 12pm. The rest will generally arrive within 1 additional working day. Where the size and weight are greater, the orders are send through DPD with a tracking number provided.
The UK deliveries typically take 2 to 4 working days.

Is there a minimum order?
No! Order as much or as little as you like and you'll never be charged more than €4.50 for shipping to anywhere in Ireland.
Returns
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and we very rarely have any issues with returns.
However, in the very unlikely event where you need to return the product(s), we will be more than happy to sort it out right away without causing any inconvenience to you.

Local Pick Up
We pride ourselves on fulfilling all of our orders within a couple of hours. Once you get the "ready for pick up" email, you can pick it up anytime during our business hours the same day or later.
Kindly order before 3pm for the same day pick up during our business hours, usually 9am to 7pm.
